Paid coordination (not civic volunteer)

When you hire HLP, we project-manage market entry on the private side: timelines, vendor sequencing, paperwork chase, and owner advocacy. Flat or hourly under a written scope. Korea Desk can also help with licenses and permits as a volunteer civic service. That path is free and civic. HLP is paid private help when you want a coordinator who owns the private bench.

Vendor & partner network

This is the core sell. We introduce operators to vetted partners across commercial cleaning, marketing and branding, buildout and contractors, insurance, bookkeeping, and ops support. Intro and success fees are disclosed in writing before anyone gets connected.

Sale / buyer intro

We introduce buyers and sellers of ongoing businesses (goodwill, FF&E, personal property). Commission only in a signed writing. Real estate or lease fees need a licensed broker.

  1. 01 · Civic path (volunteer)

    Korea Desk clears public friction

    Korea Desk (a division of KCEDF), with Hudson County Chamber partners, helps operators navigate licenses, permits, building, and zoning. That civic seat is live and volunteer. HLP is not Korea Desk, KCEDF, or the Chamber, and HLP does not bill for that civic volunteer path.

  2. 02 · Private side (paid)

    HLP brings partners and paid coordination

    Hire HLP when you want vetted private partners (cleaning, branding, buildout, insurance, books, ops) or a paid coordinator who sequences the private bench around the civic path. Fees are disclosed in writing. Same person may sit in both worlds. The invoice always says which track you bought.
